BRS soda ash didn't dissolve

I mixed some BRS pre-measured soda ash yesterday, got distracted, forgot to stir/shake and today I have a huge lump of percipient at the bottom of the jug. I'm using the pre-measured 1gal pouch and a BRS 1 gal jug, so I'm pretty sure I have the proportions correct.

Is there any saving it (i.e. should I put it in a hot water bath or something)? If not, is there any saving the jug? Right now, it's a jug-shaped lump, so I can't even get it out without dissolving it.

I'd try heating it for a bit. If that doesn't work you can use some vinegar to help dissolve it.

Heating has always worked for me. Try sticking it in a bucket of water with a heater for a while. Give it a shake every now and again.
