So my skimmer doesn't have any options to use the line provided to the CO2 scrubber. Are there any other options to attach it to the sun aquarium so it'll still scrub CO2

It has to have an air intake, or it can't do it's job. Post a pic of the skimmer, or the model of skimmer.
It's a cheaper one by sc I found the line you referenced but wow they're is hardly and air coming out of it and the tube going to it is one size smaller than the 3/8ths tube on my kit from brs. Are there any other options to get air into this srubber from my tank besides this cheap skimmer haha.

Unless you have something else that rapidly injects bubbles into your aquarium, no. Is the tube clogged? Even a 1/4 airline tube of a short enough length should give you enough flow...
How much is enough air I mean if I cover it it makes the skimmer go crazy and it bubbles over but I can fit the line inside of the 3/8 inch line that came with the kit and it barely makes the couple tablespoons of water that I put in the bottom of it move

You need enough air to get the skimmer working properly.

The water in the bottom of the C02 reactor is a losing battle. You going to be adding every day. If you skip a day or two, you're media will be exhausted. Instead, run a line from the inlet of the C02 reactor to your skimmer cup. Alternatively, you can run the air through another reactor with water in it. That is what I do, I use the BRS mini reactor for that. I have to add water about once a week. If you do this, make sure you use tap water. The water itself won't get to your tank. If you use RODI water, it will be a bacterial soup in a couple days.

Good luck.

I'm running the combo carbon and gfo reactors how do I run the CO2 reactor from those two reactors sorry like I said I'm kind of new
