BRS waitlist for Trident

Anyone else currently on the waitlist for the Neptune Trident with Bulk Reef Supply? I was just wondering how long it takes to be called upon for a chance to buy? I think I’ve been on the list for a little over 3 weeks now.

Sorry to say I believe u have a long wait ahead of u. On another thread I believe it was determined they r still working on people that got signed up the first day. Also, some large suppliers only getting 10 or less per shipment and shipments only every other week lately. It may be unpopular to suggest, but if u really want one right away and have expensive coral and / or busy schedule (to make it worth while possibly saving your tank) then id suggest purchasing one at a premium now for in the $900 range. No guarantees that after a long wait the msrp wont go up anyways ........ just my 2 cents worth.

Yeah I kinda figured there was a long waitlist bc of the short supply. I’m in no rush for it so it doesn’t matter to me. I was just curious how long it took to get a call on average.

I called them and put myself on their waitlist, then 3 days later got a call from them. They'll go through their waitlist one by one and if no one answers they move down to the next person. It's kind of a fluid waitlist, but as long as you answer when they call you'll be gtg.

I put myself on the list when the unit originally came out today i got the email that i can buy a trident. I thought it was all BS and it would never happen low and behold 1 day after i list my tank up for sale I can snag one....order placed!

You could also try Mindstream . They're not guaranteeing but telling customers only 8-10 week ship date

I got it from saltwateraquarium. They have an inside FB group that you can join (read trident listing on their website, it has the FB group link). They post the date and time in advance of when tridents go live on website. You just have to beat others to checkout but I got mine fairly easily.
