For me, it did have some eye opening moments.
ICP not really needed. This has been my thought but they did explain it better than I could have. They don't test for everything. It's impossible to.
Trace elements. Replenishment but not reset unless large water changes done. I never thought of it this way. I do 1% awc daily but maybe I should do a big one or two yearly.

Any more thoughts?

Without watching the video, I can honestly say, they will make videos proving WC's are worth it. But guess who sells you the salt for those WC's?

I stopped watching BRS videos a couple years back, when they transitioned from actually giving real info, and just trying to sell you something.

Fair enough, but you can buy salt anywhere. A LFS, online, or straight from the ocean.
