Bruising or Infection

I noticed this large spot a couple of days ago on one of my two clowns. It was a day or two after watching them wrestle over the corner of the sand bed where they sleep when lights went out. I figured they were just figuring things out. They are both still small. The marginally larger clown that won their skirmish has had white lips since he went in the tank. But no growth of the spot, just discoloration. They have been in the tank for over a month and have had no trouble eating from the very beginning. I'm wondering if someone could identify the spot on his cheek. Much appreciated.

Is this better? It seems more difficult to see in this lighting. You can see a spot on the lower lip of the darker one. A spot on the right cheek of the other.
