Bryopsis Algae?

Is this bryopsis algae or maybe hair algae? My tank has been set up for almost a month. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you!

Thank you everyone... Reef flux or flux rx is one better than the other?

I use the one I posted and it's worked well for me. The directions are vague though. I just dose the amount it says into my skimmer socks and in a few days I watch the bryopsis start to die and fade away.
