I used the pill/tablet form at a rate of 5mg/gallon and it worked as everyone else has described

Quite surprised how quickly, first 24 hours just white tips. But got home tonight and some of the healthy strands are turning white all over, others have lost their fronds.

Only thing i have noticed my skimmer is going pretty mad, plus a few lps and palys (not zoas) are sulking though. Might be coincidence, cant be sure. It could be the vibrant also as no3 shows zero tonight.

Day 3 update

Bryopsis is still on the way out! And more of it seems to be dieing as well. The GHA has some white spots on it but not sure if it is dieing or something that was floating around the tank and get close enough to tell. Some of the smaller bubble algae seems to be dieing or popping time will tell. All other forms of life seem happy and healthy still.

On a side note, I noticed a different type of algae starting to die off but not sure what it's called. Pic below.

Also, my skimmer has been on this entire time. I read yesterday that we were supposed to turn them off oops. Should I turn it off now or continue on to see if it matters or not? I wouldn't mind having to do a second run at it worst case.
