High Mg helps in stunting growth but its hard on corals over time and kills snails. In the end the bry wins this battle against Mg.

You are so right .. Am slowly stabilizing my system to bring the Mg to acceptable number of 1400 and already can see the byropsis increasing .
Can't wait to start with the treatment. Only worry is - I have a shipment of acros from Adam coming on Friday. Hopefully as all of you have attested nothing should happen to them .

Regards,
Abhishek

So true! I lost so much money and snails running high magnesium 4 months and not have it do any damage to it other than possibly slow it down. Once you get so much of it it's hard to tell LOL!

Is there a certain brand of fluconazole everyone uses an do I have to order or can I buy at a store?

My newly cycled 45g that had it in it is now clear except for on the return nozzle. This tank had it even in the sb and on the glass. I used only 2-200mg capsules (half dose) and kept everything running but I did remove the skimmer cup. I introduced a minor cuc of 2 Mexican turbos, 5 scarlet legs, 5 margarita and 5 astrea.

Everything is clean except for that return.

Now I can put Livestock in this tank! Yay!!!

I have a ton of acro's and it had no effect on any of them [emoji3]

I'm not sure where you are located, but it's a prescription antifungal, so depending on your local laws either you can buy in the store or if you're in the USA, you'll have to order online. Many individuals are getting it from here:

Yes and I noticed yesterday they are limiting the capsules to 20ct as their supplies are running low.

Haha, I wonder if we have anything to do with that?! [emoji12]

I read just wanna make sure I'm askin the wright questions before I try something new rather do my research first lol

I understand...
Q: How much Fluconazole do I use?
A: The suggested dose is one SINGLE dose in the amount of 20mg per gallon of water. There are reefers who are experimenting with using 10mg per gallon right now, but none with completing the 1st "round".
