You might want to look into Hydrogen Peroxide. The rock and possibly the frag might be able to be dipped in a mild solution to help rid them of this algae.
Raising the Magnesium is another option, but I wouldn't do this unless you've really got an infestation on your hands. GL.

I also have a hair algae problem will raising the magnesium kill that off also
 
I don't think so. I think it's strictly used for Bryopsis, but I could be wrong.
 
In my experience, a capful of peroxide in about 3-4 cups tank water for about 3 minutes.

Just know that it doesn't make the algae disappear, it turns white and does of.


Peroxide is also deadly to alot of inverts so keep that in mind.
 
It's mixed in with HA
