Just out of curiosity, if you were to run your finger through the cluster of "branches" are they firm or somewhat yielding?

Yes you will find bryopsis to be very firm

I started dosing h202 3% & 3ml a day and so far I lost a clown fish so far and left with my six line wrasse, I don't wanna dose that any more don't wanna lose my wrasse

Edit: reason for me dosing 3mls a day is cause I'm trying to battle cyano which is working but I lost a fish in the process

I have similar algae. Sort of looks like bryopsis but it isn't. My tuxedo urchins eat it.

Hitting the Coral and algae with h2o2 won't harm the coral correct?

Bryopsis is firm meaning try plucking some and it will give some resistance pulling it off

i did pluck it off, got most of it off aswell didnt add any h202 yet
