First off,
I do not have bryopsis, but in the past I was very successful with the ole Tech-M magnesium.

I've watched at lot of reefers use the fluconazole and it just seems like more work and a lot the time the bryopsis comes back after that treatment.

@Rakie
Used this product with the fluconazole and it seemed to do the job.

Looks ;Wideyed like the old Tech-M formula :)

Has anyone else gave the "Brightwell Hydrat-Mg" a go with bryopsis???

Regards, GoVols

The Hydrat MG definitely slowed it down, but I think it will require more dosing than I originally thought. Basically, I goofed when I got the 8oz instead of the 16oz bottle!

That said, treating with Fluconazole will kill off the bulk of it -- Maybe a combination of the two will take out the more stubborn bryopsis.

If I get bryposis again, then I'm going all in with the "Hydrat MG", like we used to dose the Tech-M.
