I have a small tuft of Bryopsis that I've been dealing with for about 6 months. It's on a rock that I glued to the overflow and is surrounded by a large colony of Strawberry Shortcake Acro. I have ordered the Reef Flux and will be treating at a later time. My biggest concern is my Algae Scrubber. I know I will have to take it offline and start it over once the Bryopsis is gone. I am trying to fatten up 8 Anthias at the moment and I'm worried what will happen to my water quality when the Scrubber is gone. Any suggestions for filtration that won't affect the meds in the Reef Flux in a 210g?

I would say feed only as much as they will eat (spot feed) without over feeding the tank. Then I would stay on top of weekly water changes as well as maybe increase the % of water changed each time. Maybe someone else will chime in here with some other ideas.

Just keep an eye on your nutrient levels during the treatment. You can return your skimmer cup after the first few days to help with the nutrient export along with water changes(replace the meds that you remove) if your nutrients are higher than you are comfortable with.

Post some pictures if you can so we can see what you're dealing with.

Hard to see in this pic, but it's only about the size of a golf ball.
