So...uh...this is bryopsis, right?

I had a tiny patch in the back of my tank, and the last week has been super busy and all of the sudden, it's everywhere.

Not exactly the best photo to do an ID from, but yes, I think it is.

Definitely looks to be so....

And that can happen for sure. Manual removal helps, but check your nutrient levels. Phosphate and Nitrate specifically.

Sorry, was having a hard time getting a good picture.

Both nitrates and phosphates are reading 0, but I'll continue to test.

Depending on which brand of tests you are using, false readings are not uncommon.
Having both zero Nitrates and Phosphate is not actually a good thing. A little of both help to have a good equilibrium.

My lawnmower is drooling over that picture

yeah I've actually been trying to get a little of both recently. Nitrates I'm just using the API test but phosphates I have the Hanna checker. I'm slowly upgrading to better test kits, so maybe that will be my next.

Personally, I think API are fine for the basics, but IMO aren't accurate enough for things like Nitrate. Red Sea tests work rather well. I like how that with the same kit, you can do either high or low range tests.
I have also heard that the Nyos kits are accurate as well, but I have no personal experience with Nyos..
