Bryopsis

Sorry I'm not familiar with your setup. I was interested in how much bryopsis you had in your aquarium.

But interested generally in your setup and water parameters and maintenance schedule.

I have had bryopsis before, so wondering if I could help sharing some of my experiences.

I went to the LFS yesterday ,, he had some of the pills ,, so I was able to buy from him and not have to order online :) I will do a water change today then treat the tank ,,,

:) I just treated the tank ,, I will give it a shot Chris if the pills don't work ,, how long should I let the pills run in the tank before I do a water change,, I will keep a eye on the Bryopsis ,, kinda let that be my guide ,, I was just wondering how long I am looking at ? I plan on leaving the skimmer off during this ,, I did a water change before I treated the tank ,,,

Once the fluconazole breaks down the cell walls the bryopsis is pretty much dead after 5 days then It’s just a matter of it withering away

Still to this day 8 months later I haven’t done a water change since treating

If it was fluconazole (I used Reef Flux HD) based on those directions, dose then wait 3 weeks before doing a 30% water change. I had to dose my tank twice before it wiped it all out. Basically dosed, 3 weeks later a water change then still saw a few sprigs here and there so I immediately dosed again and waited 3 weeks. That was about a month ago and no sign of it left.
