#reefsquad,

How have you all dealt with this. Seems I've got this in my display. Rock work removal is not an option. Please elaborate if you have had good success or problems with any of the following.

Do emerald crabs actually eat bryopsis?
Have you had success with Vibrant?
Does raising mag up work?
Reef flux( not sure I have access)?

I'm willing to try whatever has the best chance of stopping this in my display. *** it seems for my first reef I've gotten some good plagues.....ugh

*I dont not have access Fluconazole*

Nothing eats bryopsis.

Vibrant works on it.

Reef flux / Fluconazole does really good w turf algae’s.

Recommend getting vibrant. Remove any macro algae’s as they WILL die. Follow instructions to a T. Prepare for nutrients to bottom out and quite likely get a bout of cyano, which is easy enough to beat if you get it.

Those are my actual experiences.

Fluconazole is sold by bulk reef supply called reef flux. 10% works

I've had good success with reef flux (fluconazole). I would choose that over vibrant as it will not mess with anything else in the system including macro algae, at least chaeto to my knowledge. Emerald crabs didn't work for me.

Fluconazole. Best bet is a prescription, but reef flux seems to work for most people.

I did not have success with Vibrant. It killed off my zoas. I did have great success with Reeflux. My tank was so bad. I should have taken pics. It looked straight up green. So nasty.
