Fluconazole by itself will kill Bryposis pretty effectively. I had an outbreak that came in on a frag plug. It’s had spread all throughout the rockwork. Does the recommended amount of Reflux and it was gone within a few weeks.

When I used Fluconazole I was very fortunate that it wiped it all out and never came back. I did leave it in the tank for over a month before doing a water change though. Not sure if thatmade a difference. I have a bottle of Vibrant on the shelf also. You really have to watch your nitrates when using it. They will definitely bottom out. I was at a point where my nitrates and phosphates bottomed out. Then Dinos showed there face! That battle was not fun! Been dosing No3 and Po4 ever since.Fluconazole is a godsend for me. I’ve used it three times now, but after a recurrence the first two times, I now use Vibrant. The Vibrant will be at maintenance dosage, ongoing. Unlike fluconazole, Vibrant is a bacterial additive.
