Pretty sure it is, but a couple people told me its a species of hair algae(coarse or wirey).. Just want to make sure before i do tech M. Also if it is will raising mag with tech M hurt my bta at all?

I've been running my Mag at 1500 for the last month. Done so at the suggestion of a few ole time reefers. Nothing in my tank has been negatively affected. Actually my LPS seem to be loving it!!
My MM's are doing well also. Oh and my bubble algae is now gone!! I am using Kent Tech-M
