Dear Reef2Reef members,
I just wanted to share my experience with bsa coral. First and foremost, great experience and and incredible customer service. Since the very beginning of inquiring about the corals I wanted, communication has been great. Second, the corals were well packed and not just thrown in a bag with water. I was a little worry for the corals since there was a cold front coming in here in Florida and the temp was going to be around 50 (It is pretty unusual to have that type of weather here in Fl). . Anyways, the corals were in great shape with their tentacles out ( I ordered three acans) in the shipping container. After acclimation, all of the acans were wide open after 5 minutes in being in the tank. I usually buy corals online since my local fish stores do no carry the wide selection I am looking for and/or their customer service sucks. So I've seen a lot of ways how corals has been shipped and I was able to tell bsa corals put their time getting shipping correctly. Finally, I had a great experience and I will definitively buy more corals from Ben. Here is the picture of the tokyo sunrise acan after 5 minutes in being in the tank. :xd:
