I ordered a pack from BSA Corals and it arrived OK, but he doesn't know how to bag corals. He used a normal knot(loop around) and did not use rubberbands or anything to secure the frag water. Water leaked out of 3 bags, which those frags died.

In good faith, I put a $50 deposit down for my next order, asking him to hold some things for me. When I tried to change 1 item in the order, (which I found out was highly overpriced), he strong armed me and tried to force me to buy it stating that he cut it for me. I asked him to swap it with something of equal value so I could still give him business, but he refused.

When I told him I just wanted to cancel any further business with him and asked him to send me back the $50, he said he refused and called me a "freud", which I'm sure he meant fraud. I now have to submit a Paypal claim just to get that $50 back.

Furthermore, he kept asking me to send money for a pack that I told him I'd buy at the end of the month. He'd text me multiple times a day trying to add more things onto my pack as well.

BEWARE.

Jaesong,

In regards to your complaint of leaky bags and dead frags: The first I have heard of either of these issues was 1 hour ago to be exact. It is standard procedure in a situation where a frag has arrived dead or leaking to inform the shipper within 2 hours of arrival. Informing me of this a week or more post arrival void any guarantee.

In regards to your $50 deposit: I provided you with photos of a blasto colony that I am selling per head. I made it very clear to you sir that this is a cut to order item. The item you tried to change sir, was the blasto, which was cut to order specifically upon your purchase and $50 deposit. When I replied to your request, stating that the blasto head is not available to swap. I do not strong arm any of my customers or friends. That is an extremely unprofessional way to approach our transaction. Buyers remorse is not available on a cut to order piece.
In regards to your request for your $50 deposit: First, I don't appreciate the childish correction of a word accidentally misspelled via text while at dinner. But thank you for pointing this out sir. Sigmund Freud most likely would not have texted me with such irrational demands, and then proceed to defame me on a public forum.

In regards to your claim that I asked you for more money: I simply wanted to confirm when you were to be sending the remainder of your balance for the pack, and never received a straight forward answer. You asked me sir many many times to send additional pictures of pieces that could be added to your order, and I happily sent more photos. In an attempt to simply stay organized, it is imperative for me to keep records of payment and timeframes. The first I've heard of your dissatisfaction was when you texted me an hour or so ago, in an insulting fashion, demanding that your order be cancelled.

I have been more than gracious to your outlandish requests, and timeframe restrictions. I have worked day and night to maintain a spotless reputation, and I consider what you have posted to be a flagrant foul. Please refer to the multiple positive reviews of my work and shipping process before laying false claims on my reputation.

'BEWARE' is appropriate to those who may consider selling to you in the future.

Don't lie.

I can screenshot the text messages where I told you 3 bags leaked immediately after I opened the box.

I wish I could screenshot where you never said it was cut to order. You only said that it was selling fast. I asked you to hold it for me, then I told you that after consideration it was too costly and wanted to not buy it. Then you refused to allow me to not buy it. That's bad business.

And yes. You told me to post my review after you threatened to tell other vendors lies about me. I sent you a deposit for a pack, you refused to let me change an item. I backed out of the deal because you were trying to force me to buy a 150$ Blasto that I no longer wanted.

I don't need to defame you. You defamed yourself with how you treated a customer. And then you lost a customer.

And I quote myself immediately after opening the bags -

"I'm acclimating them and they're open in containers looking good. Only 3 bags had water loss, but they look ok"

I never made a big deal of it because you seemed like a cool dude. Absolutely no where did you say that they were 'cut to order' before I asked you to hold it. Not even after I said I didn't want it. You could have just sold the frag to someone else. I have the texts man. You should have just been professional and taken my order minus the Blasto.

Now instead of me getting my package and you getting money and both of us being happier, we're here on the forum being negative.

And yes. You forcing me to buy something I don't want? That's strong arming.

"Strong armed u?? Wow!!!! U bought what u wanted when u buy something that is cut to order u are committed ask anyone that. Sry u are not happy but none of this is my fault I have been more then willing to help and do payment plans It's obvious u are trying to get something for nothing I'll be letting my fellow vendors know this"

This is what you said when I canceled my order and I said I don't appreciate being strong armed into buying something I don't want. You even claimed I'm trying to get something for nothing. I just wanted to not buy the Blasto and get everything else.

You didn't even want to try to work anything out. So here I am leaving feedback about the way your package arrived, but mostly about your behavior.

I hope you learn from this experience and you treat future customers better than you treated me.

Jaesong,

At this point I am done with this conversation. I choose to assist customers who are straightforward and fair, to avoid pointless back and forth arguments like the above. If you choose to no longer work with me, that is fine, but I will not engage in this type of immature tango. Please reach out to one of the over 200 repeat and highly satisfied customers I have shipped to for a reference if you are that concerned. Have a nice evening.

If my only option is to buy something I didn't want, how can you even state " if I choose to no longer work with you" like there was an option?

Furthermore, where's my good faith deposit back? Why did you force me to escalate to PayPal? You literally told me to escalate it.

I mean, really. All you had to do was let go of the Blasto sale. But you refused, so here we are.
