BTA and RBTA question

i have had this bta about 1 month. it looks flat since i change to led light 1 week ago. mouth is closed, color is good. tank is 75 gal. all parameters are WNL. also have RBTA that is changing colors since new led. do these anemone look ok?

Not a nem expert, but my green bta goes flat almost daily, then swells back up a couple hours later. It still eats, so I think it's ok. The other one looks ok to me as well. Maybe one of the nem experts will chime in, as I can only speak from my limited experience with my two.
 
BTA hasn't inflated in a week. scared to fed if it's already stressed to new lighting. started led at 25% 1 week ago today. will increase to 30% today. i have 2 bta and 3 rbta, they have not moved and mouths are closed
 
I would wait another week before increasing, both the nems should be fine they will move out of the light if it is too much for them. I would try feeding them a silverside
