Hi guys, bought a new anemone for my 65 gallon system and since day 1 its been having hard time getting used to my tank, it has been about 2 weeks since i have had him. It has lost its tentacles and only opens up at night but closes up and opens the mouth wide when the lights come on during the whole day. The light is a ecotech gen4 xr30 at 85% intensity on sps AB plus setting. My tank is 2 years old have a couple euphyllias all doing fine. Params are
salinity 1.025
Notrates 5
Phos 0.003
Calcium 460
Magnesium 1310
Tempriture is at 78 degrees

still trying to wrap my head around on what this can be?

The flow is at 85% constant 1 second short pulse pump, i only taget feeded the anemone 2 times with some mysis shrimp
Assuming it survives, you could try something like Reef Roids when the pump is turned off (then let any wavemakers just circulate it). Mine seem to be enjoy that quite a bit.

I will try definately, but any idea if it will survive right now his just hiding under the rock with mouth open
