Ok so I got a small BTA today. Maybe 1.5 times the size of my allardi clownfish (1.5-2 inches). I placed the BTA in a lit corner of my tank but it has a little bit of debris on its foot and it is not opening up all the way. The debris consists of a small green branch thing and a tiny little crab claw. My concern is if that stuff is hindering its ability to open up all the way? My clown fell in love with the BTA immediately by the way and he looks like he is often times trying to open the BTA up by wedging himself in it.

I am sorry but you should take that anemone back, it's lost all it's zooxanthellea. Some debris within the tentacles is the least of it's problems. Entacmaea quadricolor, do not have white bases/foot. The anemone appears to be both starved from lack of appropriate light and target feeding.

Definatly one of the more bleached out ones ive ever seen. I can see the bubble sure, but the color is just no where close to being there. I would return it if you can, or atleast say something next time through.

As for the green, it looks like a small piece of chaeto.

I know it looks completely bleach white but it's because the camera on my phone lightens everything up. The foot is still fairly white but the tentacles are a transparent very light blue and the tips of the tentacles are pink

BTA coloration varies greatly I will give you that, but that anemone is very bleached. BTA are pretty hardy and maybe you can nurse it back to health. Regarding the debris, there is no need to remove it, it's is an algae, Chaeto as previously posted.

The pedal disc and column shouldn't be white. It's bleached and bringing it back would be a huge uphill battle. Shame on your lfs for selling nems like that.
