BTA has better bubbles (if that makes sense)

I did everything I read and heard to get rid of the evil red slime algae in my tank. It was not really out of hand, but annoying as all get out. I tried chemiclean even though I hate putting stuff in my tank other then water changes.
What I find interesting is that my BTA seems happier now.
So I'm not really sure what was in the stuff I used because the package has no listings of what's in it on it. From what I found out, if a company produced something before 1969 and has not changed the packaging, the contents they are therefore not required to lost its contents because they are grandfathered from the FDA.

Here it is 48 hours after adding chemiclean. Lots of tight bubbles in the tips.

It makes me think my BTA was not truly healthy since it would fully deflate for about an hour every day around the same time. (Lighting schedule and intensity has not changed, just didn't use the orange filter on newest pic)
It has not deflated since I added the stuff, the mouth is puckered nice and tight.

I know it could be be pure coincidence, or who knows what, but their product does say that clears water to Crystal clear, promotes ideal enzyme balance.

I suspect that living in a tank filled with slime algae is unpleasant and perhaps slightly toxic. Getting rid of that probably improved your water quality which improved the habitat for the nem. I doubt that it liked the chemicals directly, but indirectly it was good for system.

Could have been the red slime caused an issue for it.. it was just on my sand bed and not the rocks that I know of.
I'm just happy that the BTA is acting all happy like it should. Chemicals around my tanks scare me.
