I'm just telling you from 6 tanks my friends have.

How big is you tank how deep is you tank how wide is you tank.
Ok so the good news is I have the IC model on that chart which is a bit stronger

Tank dimensions are 50 in L x 21 in H x 14 in W

so is it possible to move the nems higher in the tank?

That is good news. Bad news is that I'm sure those reading were taken with all channels at 100% and you don't want that with red and green. Ya i'd crank up the whites and blues and do whatever you can to get the nems up higher

The problem is that is everything running at 100% like @xxksaud you don't want reds at 100. Prob more like 10% at most. You will prob end up about half the par. The reason t5 would be need or another led.
If you are using glass lids that would drop par but not sure by how much

U was using two fluval led. And when I switched to 4 bulb fixture things really took off. Switched to t5 in jan

I don’t have any corals, just the 2 anemones. I have a hob filter and have added a phosphate filter bag to it. The lights were about half their strength so I have increased them
I am sorry but I would rehome the nems for the sake of the animals life and step back and reevaluate if your going to have a reef tank with reef creatures you'll need quite a few changes/upgrades. But were more than willing to help you get there. :)

Can you suggest a t5 fixture? The LEDs I have currently fit under my hoods so if I could install something into the hoods or under that would be preferred

Set the current right on top of the tank. That will increase the par.

The ones I use, im not sure if they could be put in a hood.

Let me try to dig up some more help for you.

Ok so update while I try to figure out the best solutions, I built this structure to get the nems up close to the light and they seem to be a lot happier

Well that didn't help any. There are some decent black boxes that would work. Mars and VIPARSPECTRA are decent brands
