Hello,

I've lately bought a very small BTA, I put it in the tank, and the next day it moves from the top of the rock to the bottom of that same rock, and it keeps itself there for three days now.

I'm quite concerned now because where it is located the light can't reach it, and I cannot neither feed it there. And the water flow is not the best there neither.

Would it let itself die ? What can I do to prevent that ?

Thank you in advance.

So mine has placed it self under a rock and moves out to get light. It did not get any light for almost a week. Then a little each day it would come out more and more. Now it has been 3 months and clowns now are being hosted by it. I am still fairly new to anemones. But I wouldn't be worried yet. Others will know more

Give it a bit to come out..least another week. I think in general they are not suicidal, just bit toddler...like...two year olds dont actually die from holding breath for a cupcake.

Something I have read...but Have not tried... is to rubber band LR rubble to a chuck of ice... place under anemones
ice melts waters to cold way to fresh ...drives them up.
Havnt done it....just an idea.
