So I bought a really nice BTA from craigslist early last year, here’s how the mother looked like within a few days in my tank:

and now, I have a LOT of them.

Here’s one that just split last night and moved out of the rock.

These things really have a vibrant orange coloration. The photos are straight from iphone with no editing or saturation adjustment.

I’ve always been wondering, are these just regular nice rainbow BTA’s or something else?

Yeah, just your standard rainbow bubble tip anemone. I have a ton of BTA's in my tank at home. I buy these locally propagated neon orange ones at the local swaps for $40 - $50, brighter than anything else in my tank, but they are still just standard rainbow bubble tip anemones.

Cool! thanks for the clarification Jaime. I need to start selling these bad boys. They’ve only start moving out of the rock after I moved them in a larger tank. They just stayed there for more than a year.
