Looks to have a bacterial infection , I think at this point the cipro treatment is the best to offer. But I also don’t kno any of yr parameters, could be tank too new / salinity changes / alk ect..

Tank 8 months. Stable parameters. 35 ppm Sal; 8.6 dk alk , 8.2 ph ; 10 nitrate , .016 phos, calcium 490, mag 1290. All other corals and fish and other bta are fine. RIP this little guy. Not gonna have enough time to round up all the parts needed for cipro treatment

What is the lighting ? Bleaching could be caused by lack of sufficient light as well , parameters are good tho

Just to let you know that is a adhesive pizza anemone (non hosting anemone except for shrimp). They like to mount to rock directly.

Are you able to move to QT or a basket where it can get more light? If you can put a 6500k spot light on it, it could bounce back. Do frequent water changes to keep water quality high. That will do wonders if you can’t treat with antibiotics.

Uh thanks but it’s definitely not a pizza anemone. Started out like this and ended up looking like pizza

Whoa that was a RBTA to start with? I don't think it will bounce back without antibiotics then. I don't see any tentacles on it anymore.

Could be chem warfare with the other nem and this one lost, I would recommend cipro, it might save the nem and possible to regrow loss tentacles by feeding it every 4 days or 2 times a week
