What size tank? How old is the tank? Was it set up with live rock or dry rock? How long have you had the BTA? What are you using for lights? How many hours a day? I am guessing the tank is too new. Anemones like well established tanks of 6 months or more generally.

Tank is established...(I purchased second hand while running) I have had it running for 8 months myself...
It is a 90g, I had the bta for 2 weeks. I am running 1 hydra 26 and 2 primes over the tank, they have been in acclimation mode at 50% power reduction. I’m using the saxby setting on the lights.

Anemones like a lot of light, so you may need to increase the lighting. They can always retract if the light is too much.

Is your advice to return the lights to full power?

What's your salinity? 8.4 pH seems a bit high. What salt are you using?
