BTA keeps moving

I had a evo 13.5 and just switched my light to prime HD, my green BTA just started moving all the time especially after light dimmed. Also he will shrink a lot into a small ball at some time of the day. My water param:
1.025 salinity
5 NO3
0 NO2
0 NH3
0 PHO4
9 KH
I also put my light schedule here. It on second day of 30 day accilimation now from 60 %. What should I do.

Nems are weird. When you move lights or flow, they could go on a strole. Low nitrates and phosphates would be of concern to me for long term health of the tank and bta.
