My green bta lost its bubble 2weeks after getting it. Probably been talked about a lot but is there at 100% why they loose their bubbles?
Is it not happy?
Lighting wrong? Running a led maxspects
Food wrong? Feed it bit of prawn every week

I don't believe it has ever been proven why they loose their bubbles. My Rose BTA hasn't ever had them, except very very slight ones on a few tentacles.

When we had a green bta it never had em after it split one got em months after split. They never moved from the rock they stayed side by side n the one never got em n one did. Sold em to a friend and it lost its bubbles in a month or two. In the end they both were bubbleless. But a rose bta he added to same rock got bubbles after he got it n all 3 shared same rock so everything was pretty much the same for them. Some mysteries may never be solved in our hobby.

try feeding it something different. Mine bulb up very plump after i feed it shrimp or scallop. A nice chunk of either.
Mine def like shrimp but im going to change back to scallop as its easier to handle and cut for me. Either way mine bulb up a lot after a feeding.
By feeding it Prawn, you mean very tiny portions?
Again the shrimp/scallop i give mine are pretty nice in size, i cut the tail off the shrimp and give that whole chunk of shrimp to mine.

Yeah, I'm always surprised to hear how little people actually feed these guys. My little nem (maybe 3-4" oral disk) eats whole freeze dried and frozen krill, and always wants like 10 pellets at the least. If he doesn't get enough he actually begs until I feed it more

I have observed mine for almost a year now, but I can't say all will do this. But mine (normally) has pretty short arms that are thin. When I feed the fish, the nem stretches its tentacles out maybe an inch longer and they become slightly bubbled. It also comes out of it's hole slightly more and stretches its base from the normal 2-3" to close to 5". It always stretches in the direction my hand is, as if he can smell the food. After I feed it, if he isn't satisfied, he stretches his base and tentacles even farther. He only goes back to normal after he has eaten what he thinks is enough. Of course I don't feed him every day, maybe once a week.

I don't know how big your 'shrimp' are but the Australian prawns that I give him are pretty big. He would spit it back out if I tried feeding him that much.

Yeah if I give mine too big a piece he will try but spit it out. By big, I meant size we would eat as an app or meal.

I heard an interesting theory that they don't bubble up because of the oxygen flow between its tentacles is low.
