Hello,
Sorry cant figure out how to edit title.
I have a 120 (5 ft) with a ton of bta. There has to be 50 or so. I have 3 tomato clowns and about 10 very small ocellaris clowns. One white bristletooth tang.
The bristletooth has only been in there a month or so he does get some stings from the nems but I think it has learned a little bit to avoid them. I feel bad about the stings.
I would like to add one more fish (not a clown) like another tang or wrasse but I feel bad because of the stings. Are there any other fish that aren't clownfish/damsels that are more immune to the stings?
Also wondering if I could add other non-ocellaris clowns?
Thank you!

I would think yes on a few more sm O's 3-5 max ,melanurus wrasse would bring in some color and activity to tank, also yellow coris wrasse, could probably add both, just be sure to QT ,not to risk existing harem.

Most fish that have swim bladders are usually smart enough to stay away from anemones. Wrasses and other fast moving fish should be fine. The fish to worry about are those without swim bladders, like gobies, hawkfish, and blennies. When spooked they can accidentally swim into anemones and the results aren't good.

In terms of other clownfish, you might be able to add a few skunk clownfish, especially since you have so many anemones, but there is still a risk that they won't get along with the other clownfish (particularly the tomato clownfish).

Ok thank you!! That is very helpful

To add to above the stings of bta aren't really bad. Even if a fish happens to catch a sting it will be just fine.
