BTA PARASITE?! EMERGENCY!

Hello, guys! My name is Hakim from indonesia. And today i want to seek HELP for my BTA! For starters, i plucked my BTA from a rock because it was moving near my zoas because i fear that it will smother them. And i accidentally scraped its foot against the rock and now it has a tiny tear with a little bit of white meat visible (will it heal). As soon as i moved the BTA and let it settle, i saw tiny white dots on the "bubble" part of the tentacle. Most of them stood still, but some of them moved a little bit. Are there any known parasites like this? Are they connected to the tear incident? Im guessing flat worms, what do you guys think?

But is there any specific treatment to heal this injury? I love my BTA and i don't want to take any chances of the injury getting bigger.

Hmmm... but are these speckles part of the BTA or a parasite? Because i think they look like flat worm and they freak me out
