BTA split

I came home tonight to my BTA split into 2. He was approx 8” in diameter.

Anything I need to watch for to ensure both survive?

Nope just don’t feed them for a week or two

Keep them happy with good water parameters and good light. Feed them(after a week or 2). I would move the coral next to it, it’s going to get stung.

Cool! I brought one about the same size home and within 2 days I had 2.

This guy started off at the size of the 2 half’s and grew to 8” diameter in 3 months
