Bta splitting? Or moody?

Hi all, first time bta owner, watching it closely.
It is about the best pic I can get of it. Serms folded on itself. Has been this way for 2 days after hiding under the rock for close to a week.
I did a water change about 2 weeks ago.

Phosphate 0.09
Nitrate 10
Alk 9.6
