So i got 2 beautiful RBTA's who settled nicely in my tank and have had them for 4 months now. One of them split and has been walking tryna settle as well. One day I noticed it was tryna take over the spot of the bigger nem, almost pushing itself into the bigger nem. The small nem eventually found another spot, but has left an entire half of the big nem looking super weird.
Before split:

When it tried to take over the big nems place:

And this is what the big nem looks like now with a whole half of its tentacles shrunken permenently

Whole tank photo with the 2 baby nems looking perfectly normal and settled:

Is it possible that the big nem was stung by the smaller one? Should I feed it more to help it recover? What do you guys think?

It definitely looks stressed, but it wasn't from being stung by the other nems. How long has it looked like that? For now I'd attempt to feed it more. The chance of allelopathy exists (not between same species anemones, but maybe your leather corals and the anemones) when was the last time you changed or ran activated carbon?

It has been like this for more than a week since it has one half shrunken like dat :( If it is chem war/ allelopathy, I assume the other 2 smaller nems would show signs of it as well, right? I always keep the carbon running cause of the huge leather and change it every 2 weeks. I will try tp feed it more often, it still accepts food readily.

I think its getting worse :(
I did the weekly water change and maintenance as well as tests, all normal.

All other corals and 2 other nems look perfectly normal still ( the leather is shedding so it's closed now)

I fed it mysis, it eats as usual, i increased feeding to every 3 days now. I'm not sure what else can I do? Could the issue be that its so close to the water surface?
