My bta has decided to plant itself in one of my caves upside down. It’s bearly getting any light. How do I get it to move out of that location? Or should I let it be??

That’s why it’s hiding. You can search on the same issue as yours and everyone of those tanks just completed it’s cycle and they always ask what’s wrong with my anemone.
Anemones shouldnt be in tanks less then 6 months old.

Maybe your right.

So my bta decided to come out and move to a spot with good lighting. Does he look healthy? I realize my tank is no that old so worried it melt!

Looks ok. Good sign that it went from hiding to now extending into the light. BTA's love overhangs.

You're going to be fighting an uphill battle. Chances are the nem will not make it in the end. Hopefully it will work out for you. However keep an eye on it for issues like gaping mouth or the appearance of melting.

just keep an eye on it it lost a bit of the dark greenish color i wanted to see if it lost color and my best advice is to try and keep the tank as stable as you can
