Please write the numbers out.
Please give us details of your tank age equipment. The more info the better

How long has it been like that? And how long have you had the nem? What lighting do you have, and how far from the light is it? Adequate flow?
It has been like that for 2 days, i have been having the anemone for about a month now. I have the ai lighting, and it is not very far from the light. The flow is good.

Lighting looks good. Don't think it is slowly starving. Has it been expelling any dark waste?

I would check water chem and see if there has been any strange shifts like an Alk spike or dip. If no improvement, could try treating with ciprofloxacin. Best would be to isolate it and the rock for treatment, but there are posts about treating BJD in Euphyllia with cipro in the entire tank.

Maybe some of the nem experts can chime in?

Without tank parameters it is pretty hard to help. How low is your PH. That could be due to low Alkalinity, which will definatly affect anemones if too low.

has it been moving or is it staying till in same spot, could be that anemone haven't really settled in your tank yet and still stressed.
