Found a few of these on my acans. Pulled one off and it’s just a fluid filled bubble.

Yup bubble algae, many will say don't pop them as they will spread but honestly I think that's an old wives tale, emerald crabs pop every single one as they eat them. Just remove as best you can.

I agree with Copingwithpods. I had a bad infesting. I would just suggest to get ahead of it and remove as much as you can now. I don't think emerald crabs are effective at all for large infestations. I also think the crabs prefer the newer smaller bubbles. Not sure why but I've had success with emerald crabs more or less halting the spread of this stuff, I didn't have any luck with the crabs managing a large break out.

I’ve only noticed 3 so far and I pulled them all off. Thanks y’all
 
I pull them out as soon as find them. Really slows it down and almost goes with emeralds
