No matter what I do it keep spreading more and more I already have 7 emerald crabs.. they don’t even touch it:m... it all started of one frag that I isn’t notice it had it ...
how can I get rid of it without hurting my coral any chemicals
??
Maybe a dip in hydrogen peroxide ??
But can I dip rock full of zoas ?
The bubble algae just look horrible

The bubble algae was bad so I got tired of it... took all the rock out and popes them in a separate bucket with salt water and back to the tank the rock went.. didn’t leave anything and hopefully my emerald crabs can take care if they come back as I was thinking if they eat bubble algae it pops in the tank so I think that theory of not poping is somewhat misunderstood.. I think now that is gone whenever it comes back they will take care of it ! Hopefully what do u guys think ?

if you have persistent problem, I'd recommend to remove as much bubble algae as you can mechanically, and then start with reefflux treament and understand/address your nutrient imbalance if any, thats supporting the algae growth

I personally would not use emerald crabs to be the cure for it. Yes they can eat it, but ya figure once the bubble is popped. There goes all the spores into the water colum and you end up with more.
