Bubble Algae on Snail?

Is this bubble algae on my snail? It’s weird because it isn’t appearing anywhere else in the tank BUT on this snail

It does not look like the typical bubble algae I have come across as its all separated out.

That said it could be just that.
I would grab him out and give ONLY his SHELL a scrubbing with a tooth brush and some 3% Hydrogen Peroxide. This will rid it from the shell completely, the sooner the better as that stuff just seems to bloom like wildfire.

I also just noticed a small amount on the rock next to him. I will take that rock out and do the same as well. Do I need to wait a certain period of time after scrubbing so that the hydrogen peroxide doesn’t get in the tank?
 
I had the same and toothbrushes the baby, wiped the shell with paper towel and put him back in.
