Bubble Algae on this coral?

Does look like bubble aglae on this acan i have?

looks like it to me. you can carefully pull it off. make sure not to rupture it as it will release spores and it can pop up everywhere.
take the frag out, remove the bubble and rinse

I would take out the coral in a container, carefully remove the algae and then use some more tank water to rinse it off before putting it back in the tank
