Bubble Algae on Turbinaria ?

I need some help on identification and how to resolve. There are two spots on the Turbinaria that appear to have a small bubbles. Just underneath the little bubbles the coral is turning a little brown. Bubble algae ? I do have bubble algae, very little in a couple of areas. If bubble algae, I read about emerald crabs to help eliminate but I have a maxima clam.
