Bubble Algae Problem

It started on my glass now it’s moving to some rocks any tips on how to eliminate this before it gets outta hand ????????? I test my water every week nothing has changed PO4 is 0.2ppm NO3 is at 1.0ppm Alk 9.0 PH 8.3...Not sure if it’s from the reef roids once a week and the Red Sea reef energy ab every day..I also have a uv going and a algae scrubber as well

Get a couple emerald crab, I had bubble algae and the emerald crab took care of it. Haven't seen the bubble algae since

My blonde naso and clown trigger devoured mine. There's a tiny bit left but its under some coral colonies they can't get to.

No problem, Even if you choose one of the fish instead I'd still consider getting a couple emerald crabs

Some strains of bubble algae, like bryopsis, is worse that others. Some will go away over time with some manual removal, other strains will completely dominate the system.

I had some in my system, and it went away over time. Oddly enough, my blue clove polyps are also gone. Go figure.

I hear ya that’s what I’m worried about it’s starting to pop up next to my fire and ice zoas so I pulled the algae out with tweezers.Added a few emeralds last night fingers crossed..

I thought I had mastered nutrient control till I started dosing ab+ everyday too. Bubble algae everywhere!! I run uv also & a big fuge. No3- I keep around 10ppm & Po4 -.03. Haven't had an algae problem since I started the tank 3yrs ago. Dosed red sea ab+ everyday for a month n bam algae everywhere bubble and bryopsis. Capped the ab+ n stuck it in the fridge. A week later bryopsis was gone now it's been a couple months with the bubble alge finally got 2 emeralds that eat the crap + 2 urchins and now its finally dwindling. Now dont get me wrong I love ab+ as a nutrient supplement for a ulm tank but if your corals are already happy n loaded with food i'm not too sure it has a place.
