I found this bubble stuff that's connected to strong roots this morning, does anyone know what it is?

How would I deal with it?
It’s not bad! It’s a great macroalgae to have and will grow/help with nutrients and/or possibly be a snack for your tank members. If you really don’t want it you can manually remove it.

manual removal, for stuff like this that can release spores, its is easier to remove the rock it is on or just pull it off while having someone else hold a siphon to hopefully get it all out.
