Bubble Algae?

This is what I have found on my inlet to my circulation pump previously and now on the sandbed.
I don't see any on the rockwork yet.
I'm assuming this is the dreaded bubble algae.
 
The stuff on the sand is easy - I just pick it up with my hand.
Noticed some on the rocks near my circulation pump.
Would prefer a natural solution vs Vibrant or other chemicals.
From what I have read here Vibrant will kill it off but may also create a Cyano outbreak. Ugh
 
I have always had some popup but like others said if you pick it off taking care not to break it, its honestly got a relatively tough shell, then I won't see it for months on end. It's at this point I usually look at reducing my nutrients as well.
