Bubble algae

I found my snail had something odd growing on him. It looks like bubble algae? Should he be quarantined or removed? I haven't seen it anywhere else.

You can scrub it off, then use a makeup brush (or similar) to apply some h2o2 on the wheel, let sit a few minutes and then rinse in old tank water.

But, if it is on the shell, probably some in the tank, unless you just added that snail.
