Bubble algea

I have alot of bubble algea also i bought some emerald crabs they help but , i think to get rid of it we need to find the source of the extra nutrients,

I dont know how much you have to deal with but bubble algea can be removed without popping them pretty easily. Use a plastic pick with a small flat end kinda like the size of a small flat head screwdriver and pry them off the rock, and suck them up with a turky baster as they dislodge. Just be cautious not to pop them.

The Desjardini Sailfin Tang and the Yellow Hawaiian Tang are among the few fish that have been known to eat bubble algae, but this is not guaranteed.

Best to lower phosphates and remove what you can manually.
