I recently acquired this bubble coral from a friend it had two heads when he originally purchased but has declined in health. Is there anything I can do to help it survive there is still some tissue and bubbles but they haven't opened since been in my tank. Any help is appreciated

The ocean is open to all, merciful to none.
I'd say she's pretty much gone. Without knowing all about your system, and parameters, how long you had the coral and where it is placed relative to light and flow intensity, we would be shooting in the dark. All that info is needed to be of appreciable assistance.
