Hey guys just bought this bubble coral and arrived to me looking rough do you think it will recover?

It’ll recover... how long has it been in your tank for? Just let it rest where you have it in the sand should be good low to moderate flow, low to modest at light.

Is the flesh receding? I would try some spot amino dosing daily. I shouldn't need a whole lot of light. What type of lighting do you have over your tank?

Also do you have an update on your parameters? How old is your tank?
