Bubble Coral

Whats going on with this guy? I cant get him to inflate all the way and he keeps putting out this gunk. Lighting is 2x250w phonix 14k bulbs and evo led lighting. Flow where it is, is at a minimum and not much at all. This coral has been in a fellow reefers tank for several years and inflates to the size of a basketball almost. ive seen it get about half that in my tank. I feed it a piece of krill about every 3 days and it eats as soon as it grabs hold.

Maybe cut the feeding back??

The stuff you see coming out is a result of you feeding it a lot. Stuff goes in, stuff comes out. I feed mine on rare occassions. It seems like if there is something too close to him or too much flow it will not open fully. I believe the less flow the more open it will be. I wouldn't worry about it. I would feed it once a week if you would like to continue feeding yours.
